Conducting heavy lift training  

 Team member training includes in part, the following:

  • Incident Command system
  • Structural Collapse Technician level
  • Structural Collapse Specialist level
  • Emergency building shoring
  • Confined space operations
  • High angle operations
  • Hazardous materials awareness and operations
  • Trench rescue operations
  • First responder first aid
  • Crush injury awareness and treatment
  • Water rescue and swift-water rescue operations
  • Technical search operations
  • Logistics functions and operations
  • Technical information procedures and methods
  • Advanced canine handling
  • Basic canine first aid

  These courses are in addition to the experience and requisite knowledge team members must have to perform in their regular day to day jobs.
